Having completed my 2nd year of Architecture at Edinburgh University, I had been given very basic tutorials on advanced modelling programs such as 3D Studio Max but not enough exposure to actually produce the standard of quality I was aiming for. After meeting with Ali for the first time for an Advanced course on 3DS Max, he made it incredibly easy to pick up the methods of polymodelling and understand the complex interface of 3D Studio Max. As many beginners to the software will understand that the layout can become quite daunting but I was soon able to learn advanced tools within the software such as lighting and texturing with relative ease. The studio environment is very friendly and Ali makes himself available to clear up misunderstandings at any time. I would thoroughly recommend RealAnimationWorks to anyone wanting to learn 3D Studio Max as I may even return for a course in another relevant platform, and look forward to applying the vast skills I learnt in the coming semester.
