In my last year of studying Media Technology at University, I did a course in animation and ended up creating a children’s animated short for my dissertation. From then on I knew that I wanted to get more involved in animation and I wanted to find a course that was affordable and flexible. After leaving University I was in a full time job in London, but not in animation. I was desperate to seek further tuition in animation to help complete my showreel. This was when I found Real Animation Works. I was able to do my normal 9am-6pm job and still fit time in in the evenings to meet Ali and touch up my skills in animation. He is a fantastic teacher and in any hour I spend with him I learn the equivalent of what I would learn in a term at University. I’ll never forget my first lesson with Ali, I went in expecting it to be a very basic introduction to the course but I ended up leaving having learnt so much from him in one hour I was shocked. I knew instantly I had made the right decision. He is quick but is able to explain it in the best possible way for you to understand. Ali has been extremely patient with me which I am truly grateful for and I would recommend this to absolutely anyone!
