After a couple of failed attempts at learning 3ds Max in the past, I was reluctant to take the course. However, starting with the first lesson I was put at ease. The course is well structured and easy to follow. As opposed to one formula for all, it is customised to the student’s individual requirements in terms of pace and content. My course allowed for a balance between the taught module and self learning, where I had a chance to explore and apply some of the techniques I learnt in class. At the end of the course I worked on a project of my choice and prompt feedback was provided to help me along the process. Excellent resources were recommended at the end to help me in my chosen direction. 3D skills have helped me explore my own design ideas and also contribute to presentations in the workplace. Architects, designers and technicians will all benefit from this course.
